Bills are paid electronically. If the payee cannot accept electronic payments, a paper check is issued and sent through the U.S. Mail. It is important that you allow enough lead time for your payments to allow us to process your payment request. It is best to schedule 5 to 7 business days before they are due. For initial payments, 10 business days is recommended.
